Join PAC Founder and Executive Director, Elizabeth Woodcock, as she talks about the nuances and subtleties of patient access and how she, together with the PAC best practices committee, created the Best Practices in Access document. She will be followed by a roundtable of the committee members.

It is the first known documentation of recommended industry procedures in patient access. The document includes sections on referrals; appointment confirmations; template management; appointment scheduling; and communication.

The goal is to provide guidance about best practices to the Patient Access Collaborative's leaders who are assessing, executing, and maintaining efforts to improve access in their respective health systems.
